ICAO Government Safety Inspector Airworthiness – Air Operator and Approved Maintenance Organization Certification (GSI-AIR-18701) OR 2. ICAO Government Safety Inspector Operations – Air Operator Certification (GSI-OPS-18700). Goal This course provides CAA inspectors with a foundation for the competencies necessary to perform the certification activities associated with ensuring the safe transport of cargo by air.
